This is a 4 week beginner level challenge that combines my method of low impact strength training & pilates plus nutritional resources to build lean muscle, reduce nagging pain, improve core strength, boost your balance and help you achieve life changing results!
Workouts are between 15- 60 minutes (on average range from 30 - 40 min) and focus on building the foundations in your Pilates practice to help you move better and feel better for years to come.
