How do I watch the classes?
Each day for 12 consecutive days, you will receive an email with a link to a class. Simply click the link which will take you to my On Demand Studio. Click the play button and get moving!
How long are the classes? When can I do them?
The classes range from 10 to 20 minutes. You can do them anytime that works for you. If you miss a day, no problem. It's important to listen to your body and do the classes at your own pace.
I have back / neck / hip issues. Are these classes suitable for me?
It's important to listen to your body and modify or skip any exercises that don't feel good for you. Sometimes less is more!
Will I need any special equipment?
All you need is a yoga mat or a carpet.
I've never tried Pilates. Will these classes be too difficult for me?
No! These classes are designed for beginners. Plus, you can simply skip any exercises you feel are too challenging.
What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
Pilates focuses on low-impact dynamic movements to improve physical strength and flexibility, emphasizing core muscles. Yoga combines physical postures with meditation and breath control for overall well-being.
