Hi, I’m Christine, a certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience, and I created the EASE Method to help women like you rediscover your strength and confidence.


After becoming a mom and struggling with traditional workouts, I found my solution in Pilates—gentle, effective, and something I actually enjoyed. Now, I’m in better shape at 45 than ever before, and I want to share that with you!


I created the EASE Method which blends Pilates with strength training, balance, core work, and postural alignment. It’s crafted especially for women who want to embrace aging positively while feeling strong and empowered—without the struggle.

 I am new to Pilates – will these classes be too hard?

These gentle classes are designed to tone, strengthen and improve your flexibility all while being gentle on your joints. Christine's unique approach focuses on low impact, effective Pilates exercises that are designed to slowly build strength and allow your body to move optimally. 

Will I see results with low impact Pilates classes?

Yes! There is no need to intense gym routines. You can get in amazing shape with low impact exercise.


Members have reported losing weight, reduced nagging pains, their clothes fit better, grown taller, increased bone density and improved their balance.

I have a busy schedule, how much Pilates should I do to see results?

It’s recommended to focus on consistency rather than the length of time doing Pilates. Classes range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes so you can easily fit a class into your busy schedule on a consistent basis.

What do I need to get started?

All you need to get started is a yoga mat.

Can I join anytime throughout the month?

Yes, the classes run on your schedule. Join at any time throughout the month.

How do I cancel?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew.
