The classes are designed to be gentle and easy on your joints. Christine's unique approach focuses on low impact, effective Pilates exercises that are designed to slowly build strength and allow your body to move optimally.
How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
Will I see results with low impact Pilates classes?
Yes! You can get in amazing shape with low impact exercise.

Classes are a mix of standing and mat based Pilates exercises. Therefore you should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor.

Yes, the classes run on your schedule. Join at any time throughout the month.
Does an On Demand membership include access to your live classes as well?
