I am new to Pilates – will these classes be too hard?
The classes are designed to be gentle and easy on your joints. Christine's unique approach focuses on low impact, effective Pilates exercises that are designed to slowly build strength and allow your body to move optimally.
Will I see results with low impact Pilates classes?
Yes! You can get in amazing shape with low impact exercise.

I have a busy schedule, how much Pilates should I do to see results?

Do I need props?
No. The classes include a mix of mat-only and Pilates props.
Are the classes safe for older adults?
Yes, the classes are designed to be uniquely gentle. All exercises are low impact and focus on improving balance, and mobility of the joints and include strength training exercises to build bone density.
Classes are a mix of standing and mat based Pilates exercises. Therefore you should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor.
Can I join anytime throughout the month?
